This Privacy Policy describes how Woxelalabs s.r.o. collects, uses and protects your personal data when visiting woxelalabs.com and when using the newsletter service. The policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.

For the purpose of the newsletter subscription, we process: first name, email address, date and time of subscription, device IP address and browser version. For analytical purposes, we process anonymous statistical data (e.g. pseudonymous session identifier, viewed pages, time spent on a page) only if you grant consent in the cookie banner.
We process your data for the purpose of sending an educational newsletter on household financial literacy (legal basis: consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), ensuring the security and stability of the website (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and fulfilling the legal obligations of the controller.
We store newsletter data for the duration of your consent, but no longer than 36 months from the last demonstrable opening of a message. After unsubscribing, the data is immediately deleted, with the exception of necessary records about the unsubscription itself (e.g. for proving compliance).
We may share your data only with vetted processors: the email-sending provider (a company based in the EU/EEA) and the hosting provider (data centres in the EU/EEA). With each processor we have a data-processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA.
You have the right to access the data, rectify it, request its erasure, restrict processing, data portability, object and withdraw your consent at any time. You may exercise these rights by emailing privacy@woxelalabs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
All communication with the website takes place exclusively via the encrypted TLS 1.3 protocol. Data is stored in European data centres protected by ISO/IEC 27001. Access to the data is restricted to a limited number of authorised staff.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our activities or legislation. We always publish the current version on this page with the effective date.
