These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rules of use of the woxelalabs.com website and related free educational services operated by Woxelalabs s.r.o., Company ID: 21 487 902, with its registered office at Karlovo náměstí 317/5, 120 00 Prague 2.
Woxelalabs provides exclusively free educational content in the field of household financial literacy. The content is published on woxelalabs.com and delivered through the newsletter. Woxelalabs does not provide investment services, consumer credit services, tax or legal advice.
Subscription is voluntary and free of charge. It requires providing a name and a valid email address and giving consent to the processing of personal data according to the Privacy Policy. The user undertakes to provide accurate information.
The user is entitled to browse the website content for personal, non-commercial use. The following is not permitted: copying or distributing the content without the operator's written consent, using the content for commercial purposes, automatic downloading of content or burdening the website infrastructure (scraping, DDoS, etc.).
All website content (texts, graphics, photographs, structure, the Woxelalabs trademark) is subject to copyright protection under Act No. 121/2000 Coll. and related EU regulations. Use beyond personal needs requires the operator's prior written consent.
The content of the website is exclusively informational and educational. The operator is not liable for decisions made by the user based on the content of the website. Before any financial decision, we recommend consulting a licensed specialist in the Czech Republic. The operator is not liable for damages caused by unavailability of the service, technical errors or third-party interference.
The user may terminate the newsletter subscription at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in every email. The operator reserves the right to terminate the service for a particular user in case of breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Since the service is provided free of charge, no consumer contractual relationship arises within the meaning of Section 1810 et seq. of the Civil Code. Any complaints may be addressed to hello@woxelalabs.com. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is the materially competent body for out-of-court dispute resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The jurisdiction of the courts follows the registered office of the operator (Prague). The operator is entitled to update the Terms; the current version is always available on this page with the effective date.
